# Sworn

> Sworn is a global government accountability platform. We compare what
> governments officially promised — UN SDG targets, Voluntary National Reviews,
> EU accession reports, national strategy documents — with what citizens
> actually experience. Data is ingested from 9 official sources: World Bank,
> WHO, IMF, FAO, ILO, UNESCO, WHO/UNICEF Joint Monitoring Programme,
> Transparency International (CPI), and Reporters Without Borders (Press
> Freedom). Validated by ID-verified citizens.
> Coverage: 217 countries and territories. Output: per-country Sworn Score
> (0–100), per-promise status (achieved / on track / failing / broken /
> tracking / unmatched), and 123 verified indicators across seven categories:
> Health, Economy, Governance, Education, Infrastructure, Environment, Rights.
> Every published Sworn Score carries a coverage % and a confidence range
> (e.g. "Serbia 60 ± 2 — based on 83/85 indicators, avg data age 2.7 years").
> Countries with below-70% catalog coverage show "Unable to calculate" rather
> than a low-confidence number.
